Freddy is our funky, feel-good canned ham trailer and the true heart of The Toasty Tap. Outfitted with taps on one side and a full photo booth inside, he's a dynamic duo on wheels, serving sips and smiles at every stop.
Picked up near the beach and now living his best life in the mountains, Freddy has been completely rebuilt by hand with intention, love, and whole lot of personality. From cozy backyard parties to big 'ol weddings, he's the crowd favorite who always shows up ready to toast.

How it got all toasty.
I’m Elisa Joy, behavior therapist by day, mobile bar owner by night (and weekends!). Alongside my husband Brian and our little spark of joy, Maizy, we live and love in the mountain town of Julian, CA.
When the world slowed down during COVID, so did my passion for the job I’d been doing for years. But instead of settling, we started dreaming. One trailer, a Pinterest scroll, and a whole lotta heart later, The Toasty Tap was born.
What started as a fun idea to turn a neglected trailer into something special quickly turned into a full-blown passion project. Late-night doodles turned into design plans, and with every bolt and brushstroke, Freddy (our trailer!) came to life. He’s now the life of the party, and honestly, so are we.
